Odegaard and her young son and daughter from Montclair, N. J. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Johnson arrived Friday from Larchmont, N. Y., to occupy their Midland Road cottage for several weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Thompson and their two sons, Kent and Robbie, of Rochester, N. Y., are ^)ending two weeks here with his mother, Mrs. Robert E. Harlow. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Allsopp, Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Sherratt, and Mr. and Mrs. John W. Kossin, all three couples of Pittsburgh, Pa., are occupying the Arthur DeBe- voise cottage on Midland Road this week. Mr. DeBevoise arriv ed Wednesday from Lloyd Har bor, L. I., to join them for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. James Vail and their small daughter were here from Chapel Hill for Easter with Mrs. Hargreave VaiL Mr. and Mrs. J. Thornton Mac Donald leave today for their sum mer place in Quogue, L. I. Weekend guests of his mother, Mrs. William B. Foreman, and Mr. Foreman at the Easton Log Cabin, were Mr. and Mrs. Alan R. Robson, HI, of West Chester, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. George Short and their son and daughter spent last weekend in Greensboro. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Kelley of Charlotte were Easter weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Car ter. Mr. Carter left this week for Somerville, N. J., to visit his mother, Mrs. H. M. Adams, and his cousin who is arriving from England for a visit. Mrs. WiUiam Tufts left Sunday for Maine to open her summer home there and will return here early in May. Her sister, Mrs. H. M. Rollins, who has been spend ing several weeks in Arizona, wUl arrive here May 4 for ten days. Mrs. Francis X. Anglim left Tuesday for New York City and will spend the summer at Lake Placid, N. Y. Mr. and Mrs. John L. Henamer and their two children arrived last weekend from Hicksville, L. I., for a fortnight’s visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John G. Hemmer.
