A financing plan has already been approved by the club, calling for annual membership assessments of $7, to be augmented by contributions. President Heinitsh reported on the State Wildlife Federation convention held recently at Greensboro, over which he pre sided as retiring president imtil a new president, Jim Conley of Morganton, was elected. Dr. Hei nitsh, concluding a successful year, had declined to run again but will continue on the state board of directors.
