with Mrs. Jack Wilson, with six
memibers and one visitor present.
Mrs. John R. Morgan heard re
ports. The program, “Christian
Living,” was given by Mrs. Luther
Tyner. Following the meeting the
hostess served pound cake, cof
fee and mixed nuts to the mem
bers present.

ed by the County Board of Elec
tions on the 15th day of March,
1962, and as by law provided,

Precinct has been eliminated and
that a new precinct designated as
Pinedene has been created to take
care of and accopiodate some of
the voters heretofore registered
and voting in the Aberdeen Pre
cinct and the Southern Pines Pre
cinct has been divided into two

and' will close on Saturday, May
12, 1962, at sundown, and the
registrars will be at each of the
polling places on the following
Saturdays: April 21, 1962, April
28, 1962, May 5, 19^2 and May 12,
