Children’s Institutions, Mental Hospitals, State Commission for the Blind, Schools of Social Work and oth ers—were Mrs. Walter B. Cole, director of Moore County Wel fare Department, and Mrs. Jane Miller and Mrs. Rose Capel, case workers. This was the 50th Anni versary of the N. C. Conference for Social Service.
