They claim they will not get Jnough from the crop to pay their guano bill. Every day reports come in from different sections of the township where chickens were stolen from farmers. Last Monday nigiu not less than fifty chickens were io~ ported stolen from different far mers. The farmers were awsy from home—having carried to bacco to town—and the thie.es apparently knew exactly the cir cumstances around these homes. If it is possible to bring any of these thieves before Judge Par ker we make a special request that he give them one year on the roads for each chicken they get.
