near Skewarkey, Robert Biggs
ran into a bicycle with a man on
it. Biggs was driving slowly

no avail for the man attached to
the wheel heeded not, so when
the Buick met him he went over
the wind shield and rolled in a
ditch, arising with sundry
There could be no suit for dam
ages as Biggs was not speeding
and gave due notice of his ap
proach. People should be aware
of the fact that a bicycle is no
match for a car, One of the
lamps of the car was broken and
of course, the wheel was a
wreck.
