April 10. iqt4 The Primary Law We are publishing the Primary Law for Martin County on the front page of this issue, and urge all Democrats to note same carefully for the election to be held in November for County officers, will be subject to the provisions of this law which was introduced by Representative A. R. Dunning during the Legis lature of 1913. It will be well for the people in the County to file this copy for future reference- The law is a good and safe one and will do away with the evils of the old system of an open County Convention. The entire Nation sees the great value of voting in primaries, and it will be a splendid day for North Car olina when a State-wide Primary Law is passed.
