Anderson. ft- i Entertains With Birthday Party At the Woman's Club on Saturday evening, from 8:30 to 11:30, Miss Mir iam Courtney entertained about 50 of c her young friends in celebration of her i eighteenth birthday. The club rooms were tastefully decorated for the oc casion with theycolors of Meredith Col lege and Wake Forest College, red and white and yellow and black, re d spectively. The contest of the eve f> ning was unique and attractive, a ,hal lad which to complete its rhythm, 1 names of various North Carolina col leges had to be used.
