That Austin. Minnesota, minister who de

1hit iff Balance
Thai portion of the world around Europe
and Asia is experiencing untold suffering, pes
tilence and death as a result of war. (Jountless
numbers there are facing starvation while we
.11 burdened and bent with surpluses. The
world is out of balance But those factors that
tend to upset world conditions are no where
more pronounced than they are right here in
our own country.
We deliberately throw away or indirectly
waste more than enough to maintain an equal
balance at home and to alter to some extent
the haphazard conditions in other lands. But
we merrily go on our way, spending for useless
things, things of questionable value and then
growl about meeting the obligations imposed
in an effort to maintain a balance in our own
land and in the world
