Here's a few interesting bits on how it hap pened Kobersonville Girls Rally By staging a last quarter rally which was good for six points, the lassies from Kobersonville conquer ed a favored Bear Grass team, the final score being 13-11 I) Rogerson opened up scoring ac tivities to put Bear Grass in the lead 4-3 at the end of the first period, and added two more field goals to in crease her team's lead to 9-5 at the half-way mark. Everett proved the necessary margin for victory. I) Rogerson, of Bear Grass, was high scorer with 9 points. L. Everett was best for Kobersonville with six. Jamesville Boys Easily la d by the outstanding play of G. Ange, the Jamesville boys had little or no bpposition from Williamston in the second game of last night's play, winning by a count of 39-13. Ange, who gave quite an exhibi tion of shooting from all angles of the court, dropped in eight field goals and a free shot to lead the scor ing attack, while Capps followed with t ight points. For Williamston, Robert Jones played the part of the "Mighty Mite" as he offered a bang up performance against large odds, and scored five points to lead his mates in the losing cause. The Best Yet!
