The report shows North Carolina as belli g second on a list of widely distributed states, being headed only j by New Jersey. There were eleven stairs in the report including Colo rado. Michigan, Detroit, Mississippi, New Hampshire. New Jersey, New Mexico. Dakota, and Rhode Island.
