Sr., and Mrs. W. 11. Sanders. Three members were added ta the Aid Society, and one to tho Missionary und three babies to the cradle roll. The devotional ser vices were opened with the old fa miliar hymn "Work for the Night is Coining." scripture reading by Mrs. S. M. Brothers and roll call BBd minutes by the" secretary, Mrs. J. F. Jennings. After the devotional tx?'rcises a social hour was enjoyed and ice cream and cake were served by the hostess. Before leaving the crowd gathered on tho front lawn where Mrs. Oscar Jackson took kodak pictures of tho society. Personals Mrs. Harold Foreman left Monday morning for New Bern, where she was called on account of the Illness of her father, J. C. Rodney. Judge W. A. I)evin spent Sunday; in the city. C. E.
