The Kitty-Katy Letters
Dear Kitty:
1 told Jack what Tom had said about him and Jack
was very much pleased. Honestly, Kitty, Jack is a dear.
He is so courteous and thoughtful and I am mighty
proud of him.
Although I remembered your advice about shopping
here In Ellialjeth City, Jack and I drove over to Norfolk
yesterday. Jack had some business matter to look aft*
and while I Was waiting for him, I killed time by look
ing around the stores.
I saw a beautiful dress and a fall coat which
was attractive. But I have seen very similar things
here in Elizabeth City stores and in the items I could
remember, the Elizabeth City prices were just a little
more reasonable.
Jack's father is going to present us with a whole
house full of furniture which we must select. Docs
your advice hold good when it comes to furniture buy
ing too?
Lovingly yours,
KATY.
