The Kitty-Katy Letters
D*r Kat*: ,'t ? * '.I'.l4l?l
You must not think that I Intetufed to stir up any
trouble between you and Jack. ,
It may not have been "your" Jack that was in love
with that Rirl in Raleigh, although Tom says he's sure
it was the same boy. And Jack is in Raleigh right now,
isn't he? But there, I suppose he has forgotten his old
"flame" long ago.
Anyway, a young college boy must sow at least one
wild oat or two, mustn't he? They all do, Tom says.
About that furniture, I suppose that you know that
the "latest thing" is to make one's kitchen beautiful as
well as the otker rooms of the home. You spend most
of your time in the kitchen, so why should not things
be ornamental aa well as useful? Be sure you inspect
the latest designs in kitchen cabinets. You may want
one of those marvelous electric stoves, too. I under
stand that they cost only about 1100 and 1110, in.
stalled, and they conaume very little current. You can
regulate them so that you put the breakfast things on
the night be/ore and the little clock starts the breakfast
cooking before you wake op.

KITTY.
