Sudden Death.
Soon after returning to Ms
home on Friday afternoon last
Mr. J. S. Woodard feli from his
chair and died before medical aid
chould be summoned. No one
was present at- the (time except
M,rs. Woodard who is an invalid,
a colored nurse and Rev. E. N.
Harrison who had called to visit
te sick lady.
The interment was made in
jBrinkley Cemgtery Sunday after
noon. Rev. B. 0. Myers, assisted
by Rev. E. N. Harrison, perform
ing the last sad rites.
Mr. Woodard leaves an invalid
wife and five sisters to mourn his
death, to alfof whom we extend
pur deepest sympathies.
