Everybody seemed to en joy it. The first thing on th8 program was a song by six girls: My Country Tis of Thee, Music next,' Concert by six little children. The boxes sold very high and Miss Elsie Miller won the cake for the prettiest girl. The proceeds of the supper, $61.50, will go to repair our Church at Union. Miss Elsie Miller entertained friends of her sisters, Mrs. D. R. Bry son Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Reece are goin.a to spend a few days at Mr. Morrow’s place in Sapphire. Mr. N. A. TURKEY CREEK NEWS Mr. and Mrs. John England went to Brevard Saturday. Miss Edith Boggs, who has been in Washington, D. C. for the last ten months, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Boggs. Coy Sims, who belonged to the 81st Division, has been discharged and is now at home. We are all glad to have him back again. Judson McCall and little Ida Lyday and Belle Neel went to Brevard Sat urday. Mr. and Mrs. Depew Orr and Mrs. Sacah Orr and baby spent Saturday and Sunday at Mr. Delos Lyday's Claude Orr is visiting friends and relatives in this secton. He has just returned from France. Misses Emma Brown and Fanny Boggs spent the week-end at their homes. They have both been attend ing Brevard Institute Summer school. BROWNEYED SUSAN.
