Competition is open to all of Transylvania county* 2* All livestock and exhibits must be in place by 10 A. M. Wednesday morning, October ISth and must not be removed before 5 P. M. Thursday. If exhibit is removed all prizes will be forfeited. All exhibits must be in owner’s name. 3. No article or entry shall win more than one prize of the same class and grade 4. Ten per cent of the premiums amounting to five dollars or more will be retained as en trance fees. 5. There shall be no admission fee. 6. Premiums will be designated by ribbons, blue meaning first; red, second; white, third. 7. Prize money will be paid by November 30. 8. With pure bred stock registration papers must be furnished the secretary or boni fied information given. 9. Exhibitors must look after their own stock and exhibits. 10. Every reasonable effort will be made to protect property on exhibition from damage and loss but the committee will not hold it self responsible for any loss or damage, should any occurr.
