These resolutions are important in that any person living within 300 feet of another shall equip his premi ses with a fly proof closet, full in structions for which will be furnished free of charge to any citizen. The Board of Health of Transylvania Co. passed a resolution that all industrial plants operating in the County and housing employees shall dispose of such matter in a similar manner. We should see also that our school build ings over the county are provided with means for the proper disposition of excrete. All and any incorporated town should also be compelled to pro- i vide means for every rsident to get j rid of such waste that could in any | way be detrcmental to the public and j further should oblipre every resident; to connect properly with such lines as may be provided for this purpose. In view of the nicnace this is before j i us in neglectinp: such evident need j I Brevard would do well to provide at | i an early date for this purpose. It is | ! common knowledge that open privies !
