SECOND TRACT: Beginning at a forked white oak, southeast corner of Entry No. 2695, and runs east 204 poles to a spanish oak, crossing Democrat Creek; thence north 500 poles to a stake on Rattle Snake Mountain; whence west 204 poles to a stake, riortheast corner of Entry No. 2695; thence south with its line 500 poles to the beginning, con taining G40 acres more or less, and being state grant No. 557, issued by the State of North Carolina to E. "Be It Ordered by the Board of Commissioners of the County of rransylvania, as follows: "Section 1. Pursuant to the County Finance Act of North Caro lina, bonds of the County of Tran sylvania, North Carolina, are hereby authorized to be issued in an aggre gate principal amount not exceeding $100,000, for the purposes herein after described.
