the fact that the Community has no Banking Facilities, urge upon you the necessity for immediate action which will relieve this
situation. The time has come when it is no longer possible for any one citizen to lcok upon this matter in the light of what
may be best for his own personal interests. The one and only question now is that of what is best for all of the people of this Com
munity. To do less is to be less than a patriotic citizen. This is no time to add agony to agony.
