After questioning several wit nesses Detective Simpson arrested Randol Aiken. He was temporarily re leased without bond. After playing another game to give the accused time to secure lawyers to defend his case all removed to the court room alias the church parlor, ' where the Superior Court of che State B. Y. P. U. convened with Judge Ralph H. Ramsey presiding, j F. Brown Carr and Charles Morgan represented the accused, while Mack ? Grogan represented the state.
