PENROSE NINEIN WIN OYER TOXAWAY Pcnrcse again took the long end of 10-6 game at Toxaway Saturday. The foxaway boys had picked up in club bing the ball and made an interest ing game. J. C. Mf Call's and J. C. Lyday's three baggers and 0. Owens' home run added thrills when every thing seemed getting draggy. The boys of both teams showed good sportsmanship. Some outsiders who cannot do this ought to learn from I J. C. McCall or stay at home. It is generally the ignorant bird outside who spoils the beauty of the game. There is no manhood or character ex hibited by some people's actions at games. Come on now and let's be good sports and not good guys. Box score: Toxaway Ab R H Po A E Lee, 3b 5 0 1 0 2 2 H. He was a child of lovely disposition, very affectionate, and so thoughtful of others. While a favorite of all his relatives, he won friends regardless of age, color or race. Little parties and picnics would be planned for his pleasure through out his visits, which he enjoyed im mensely. We know that nothing can make amends for the great loss his heart broken parents ha^re sustained. If there can be a compensating thought, it is that their darling returned to God who gave him, pure and unspot ted by the world's temptation. We only acknowledge that the affliction is God's will. Is it not a sweet con solation to think that in the golden springtime of another life father, mother and sister will gather again in a %?weet reunion, where partings are unknown. "Gone is the face we loved so dear, Silent the voice we loved to hear; 'Tis sad but true, we wonder why, i So quick and sudden he had to die. Though our hearts may break with sorrow, By the grief so hard to bear; j We shall meet him some glad to I morrow, In the Upper Garden Fair." ?CORA NEELY. | NOTICE OF LANDSALE BY TRUSTEE By virtue of the power of sale con tained in a certain Deed of Trust, executed by H.
