MISS McCOY HOSTESS TO DANCE SATURDAY Miss Elizabeth McCoy entertained about thirty members of the younger ' social set with a dance Saturday night at her home in Pisgah Forest. The house was appropriately dec orated for the occasion and Miss Mc Coy, who is quite popular with the younger social set, proved a very charming hostess, making of the af fair one of the most enjoyable of the season. Mrs. Ed McCoy, Elisabeths mother, served delicious refreshments to the jroup. They danced until a late hour. MfEN'S CLASS ENJOYS SQUIRREL FEAST FRIDAY The Men's Bible Class of the Meth odist church held their annual out ing last Friday evening at White Pine camp in the P:3gah National Forest. A number of the Young Men's class attended as invited quests. There were about 38 in at tendance. A feature of the outing was a de licious squirrel supper, which was greatly enjoyed by all those attend ing. This meeting was scheduled to have been held several weeks ago but was postponed due to illness in the families of several of the members.
