He was thirty-two years of age and had many friends who will re gret to learn of his sudden death He was the son of the late James Ballard and is survived by a motner, three sisters and two brothers. One of his sisters is Mrs. J. J. Ricsbv. of this flu-. The death is attributed to heart failure, although the de ceased is said to have been in several years.
