B. Moss, Superintendent of Public Welfare in Rutherford county, who is district chairman for the conference. An excellent program on Problems of Children has been prepared. A mong the speakers are such well known specialists as Dr. Frank How ard Richardson, one of the leading child specialists in the country, who conducts the Children's Clinic at Black Mountain. Judge William M York, of the Greensboro Juvenile Court, who is also chairman of the North Carolina committee on Juve nile Courts, and Dr. t Harry W, irane, oi tne iacuity oi tne uni versity of North Carolina' and Di rector of the Division of Mental Health and Hygiene for the State Board of Charities and Public Wel fare. ' The conference will draw its at tendance from the nineteen west ernmost counties of the state.
