VA said the new premium hill ling .system involves the use of punched cards which policyholders will return with their checks in special envelopes supplied by VA for that purpase. The punched card method is be ing used In order to adapt billing and accounting procedures to more modern equipment in the interest of better service to policyholders, VA said. The VA district offices in Den ver and St. Paul have been send ing the new punched card billings to policyholders for several months and the Philadelphia district of fice started more recently. All tfiree offices will complete their aiWX"!ffs mailing b tBProxi- mately one yea r from the month in which they started. VA said policyholders who still have the old billing notices should continue to use them until their supply is exhausted.
