As we were entering the bus to return to Hot
Springs on one of our trips, .the bus driver asked,
"Where to?" I said "Hot Springs, North Carolina."
His reply was, "Why do you want to go there?
There's nothing but a river there."'
My retort was to the effect, "There are beauti

Not making & reply at the time, my brother la

WHAT'S IN HOT SPRINGS?
NOTHING BUT A RIVER!
"Nothing but river!" .
But what a glorious story it tells
of all it sees along the way:-
The mountains rising high to greet the day; i .
Bottom land welj stocked with hay! -
And yet you say: 'Nothing but a river."
"Nothing but a river !"
Time brought fame to its mineral springs ,
