low near a tobacco barn; thence
up and with the meanders of the
left hand hollow, a Southwesterly
direction to the top of the moun
tain, Ammons line; thence with
the top of the mountain to Vern
on Cody's corner; thence with
Cody's line, Wilson Cody's corner;
thenco with Wilson's line to a
bunch of sourwood, W. A. West
corner; thence a Southerly line to
the BEGINNING.

Robert Dockery, 70, of Hot
Springs, died Saturday night, May
9, 1964 in a Buncombe County hos
pital after an extended illness.
He was a lifelong resident of
Madison County, a veteran of
World War I, and a member of
Hot Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs.
Matilda Roberts Dockery; two
brothers, Leonard of Hot Springs
and Troy of Marshall Rt. 4; and
a sister, Mrs. Mollie Landers of
Aaheville.
Services were held Tuesday at
2 p. m., in Bowman Funeral Home.
The Rev. David Clapp officiated
and burial was in Kortner Ceme
tery on Doe Branch. Pallbearers
were James Gentry, Charles W.
Collins, W. T. Whitten, E. B. Sum
merel, Ed Davis and Carroll Da
