If only all who believe the glori ous meaage of God's grace: that believers in Christ are accepted in Him, pronounced "complete" and baptized into one body by one div ine baptism if all who belived the se truths would speak out today, there would be a sweeping revival tomorow in the Church, the Body of Christ. If, putting all other con siderations aside they would openly and honestly say: "we also believe and therefore speak," the results be aa refreshing as far reaching. And they should apeak. for this is "the spirit of faith." But, alas than are few who possess " the spirit Of faith;" few who will stand, regardless of consequences, for the light God has given them. Some maintain a rHseroet silence for the "fear of man;" others because they lor "the praise of man." Both say: "One muat be careful what one says, for these truths are not pop ular," but both alike are guilty of unfaithfulness to God and the truth. With God's help, let us not be among them. Let us, where the truth is concerned, stand with Da vid and Paul and say: "We also believe and therefore speak!" Cleophus Bradburn, Native Of County, Passes Sunday Cleophus i i ina 1 1 1 m Bradburn, 67, of 86-F Pisgah View Apart ments, Aaheville, died at 10:45 a. m., Sunday, January 24, 1965 in a Buncombe County hospital fol lowing a brief illness. He waa a retired electrician, a native of Madison County, a son of the late Charles and Sara Dock er? Bradburn, and an Asheville resident for eight yean. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Ida Woody Bradburn; three sons, Steve of Myersville, Md., Arthur of Hendersonville and James of Triangle, Va.; three daughets, Mrs. Austin Bradley of Saluda, Mrs. James Brown of Oakley and Mrs. Everett Burleson of Ashe ville; two brothers, the Rev. Vir gil Bradburn and Howard Brad bum of Marion; four sisters, Mrs. Eddie Cuthbertson, Mrs. Mack Heater, Mrs. Tuie Boone and Mrs. Gemisha Martin of Marion; 16 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Tuesday at 2 p. m. in Dunn and Williams Fu neral Home. The Rev. Bynum Orr and the Rev. B. M. Strickland of ficiated and burial was in Wood lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were nephews. Bond sales in the county totaled $170,827, which is 104.7 percent of its last year's goal of $168,200. In addition to its record sales performance, the Savings Bonds Program experienced substantial wth in the Payrojl Savings Plan for Bonds last year. As the result of over 100 campaigns con ducted in leading industries of the state, 17,781 new purchasers of Bonds were added to the Payroll Savings Plan. The news and advertising me dia of N. The Rev. Charles B. Summey officiated and burial waa in the church cemetery. Mra. Lillian LaClaire Havnie 80, died at the home of a son in Canton on January 21, 1966, af ter an illness of two months. Mrs. Haynie was a native of New York, who went to Canton in 1911 and lived there 20 years prior to moving to Madison Coun ty in 1931 where she continued to reside. Surviving are the husband, Mi chael Haynie; two sons by a pre vious marriage, Clifford Fisher of Canton and Howard Fisher of En ka; two sirsters, Mrs. Marie Wil bur of Amsterdam, N. Y., and Mrs. George Bouyeau of Morris ville, N. Y.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services were held at 2 p. ra., Saturday in the chapel of Craw ford Funeral Home in Canton. C. em ployers, to use, if possible, type writer o rother business machines to complete their Form 941 re ports of income taxes withheld and social security taxes. However, Mr. Wall emphasized that handwritten returns will be ac cepted by Internal Revenue if typ ing cannot be employed. He said the Social Security Ad ministration will use an "Optical Character Recognition" machine to read" the Schedule A of Form 941 and related continuation sheets and enter the information directly in to its electronic data processing system for maintaining social se curity records. The machine cannot read colored inks, handwriting, or handprinting Hence, the Administration has re quested that machine typing be em ployed if postdate.
