Pftgt i Personal Mention Mr-1 Earl ' Sprinkle and ' daughter, Debbie, returned to their home in Lincoln Park, Mich., last week after spen ding the holidays with his mother and In-laws, Mr. and Mrs. John Davis of Marshall. Mrs. George McConnell of Miami, Fla., is spending several days here with her brother-in-law and sister, Dr. and Mrs. J. L. McElroy, her mother, Mrs. Wiley Roberts and other relatives. Mrs. J. C. Sprinkle returned to her home in Charlotte last week after spending a few days in Marshall with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Fain Sprinkle. 1 Engagement -v .ffos. Kelly Davis of Mar shall and Mr. and Mrs. Cletpent Ramsey of Asheville spent the week-end in Salisbury as guests of Mrs. Davis's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. R. V. Rector and their families. With The Sick Mr. Allen Duckett of Marshall and Asheville, remains a patient at St Joseph's Hospital. His con dition is improving. Mr. Talmadge Mclean of Marshall is a patient in the VA Hospital at Oteen. Mr. and Mrs. Elmas Lun sford of Weaverville announce the engagement of their daughter, Sharon - Marie,' to Perry Gene Payne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Payne of Marshall. The bride-elect is a graduate of North Buncombe High School and is employed by Micro-Switch Corporation at Mars Hill.
