James Anderson Payne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Francis Payne of Hot Springs, was awarded the bachelor of arts degree with a major in English. Larry Stewart Plemmons received the master of arts in education degree in educational administration. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Frank Plemmons of Hot Springs Rt. 1. Fred E. Trantham Jr. was awarded the bachelor of science in education degree in middle grade education. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Fred Trantham of Hot Springs, Rt. 2. Nancy Carol White, daughter of Mrs. Bart White of Marshall Rt. 2 and the late Mr. White, received the bachelor of science in education degree in early childhood education.
