This reunion originated at the home of L.J. and Axie King Crowe on Aug. 13, 1927, honoring Mrs. Crowe's birthday and has been held since that date on the first Sunday in August. "This being our 50th year, we would like to make it the best ever. We have been getting a history of our family together for the past few years and will have it in book form along with pictures. C., where they attended the Four State Conference of Farm Credit Service. Huey and Sluder are members of the board of directors of the Asheville district of which Huey is chairman.
