Mrs. Robinson Jeanette Talley Robinson, 85, of Penrose, died Nov. 1 in a Hendersonville hospital after a long illness. A native of Buncombe County and a resident of Transylvania County for most of her life, she was a daughter of the late William L. and Louetta Morgan Talley. She was the dietician at Marion College in Marion, Va., for 10 years and had served as supervisor of the lunchroom service of Madison County for several years. She was a graduate of Mars Hill College and attended Meredith College of Raleigh. She was voted Transylvania Baptist Women's Association Woman-of-the-Year in 1976. Services were held at 2 p.m. Nov. 4 in Enon Baptist Church of which she was a member. Hie Rev. Tommy Owen and the Rev. Tommy Maden of ficiated. The tariff proposes 25 percent discount to be computed on the total charges, for only station to station direct dial calls during weekday and evening hours. The Commission has concluded that this docket should be enlarged so that a Public Staff recommendation to in crease said discount to 75 percent can be heard and considered as a general rulemaking in this enlarged docket with all telephone companies as parties of record, and to consider such other level of discount as said hearing and In vestigation shall establish to be iust and reasonable.
