COUPON COOKBOOK
CORNER
Salads are easy to prepare and add great
variety to meals. Try being adventursome and
use fresh fruits and vegetables to vary taste, col- |
or and texture. Whether or not you are watching
your weight, salads can be very nutritious and ^
satisfying. However, if you are trying to lose V
weight, make sure you use a low calorie salad
dressing, or else the otherwise "diet" salad can
become unnecesarily highly caloric.
