The Massie Department store, in its

both the country districts and the
town, about 50 percent of each. He
added that indications are that the
business of the firm will be increased
about 25 percent bv the change in lo
cation. A spirit of optimism was exhibited
durmg the day. Mr. Massie said that
their business had very much increas
ed during the past two or three weeks,
and from now on he was expecting a
v'ry material increase in the volume
