Bake in an oven 400 degrees for 25 minutes. BAKED CHEESE OMELET 2 cups milk. 2 eggs beaten lightly. 1 cup cheese, grated. 1 tablespoon butter. 1 cap breadcrumbs. Salt Pepper. Scald milk, add grated cheeee and stir until blended. Remove from fire, mU breadcrumbs, butter and saiL Stir in salt. Stir in beaten eggs and torn into a buttered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 ann STEAK WITH VEGETABLES 1 pound round steak. Z large potatoes. . 4 carrots. . 2 onions. 1 cup tomatoes. ' 1 cup celery. I cup breadcrumbs. ' 1 cup turnips or cabbage, 2 tablespoons floor. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt Pepper. Sprinkle the steak with flour, tnake a dressing out of the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and butter. Spread on the steak. Roll and tie. Sear in fat. Place in a covered baking dish and surround with the diced vegetables. Add enough water to cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. NOODLE DISH 2 lbs. ground nork. 1 cup water. 2 1-2 cups noodles cooked tender. 1-2 lb. grated cheese. 1 chopped green pepper. 1 can tomato soup. 1 medium onion browned in butter. Salt. Mix all ingredients. Pour in a bak ing dish and bake in a moderate oven for one hour. PEAS AND ASPARAGUS WITH EGG SAUCE Combine lightly 2 cups each of cooked peas and inch long pieces of asparagus, both salted. Add 3 table spoons of butter. Heap on toast iu a serving dish and pour over all just iraVfor serving 2 cups thin white sauce with which has been mixed a diced hard boiled egg. Garnish with toast points and serve hot. 1 lb. can tuna fish. 1 cup diced celery. 3 shredded pimentoes. Chili mayonnaise. 1-2 cup French dressing. 12 hard boiled eggs, chopped. Flake the fish, add the celery, eggs, pimentoes and French dressing. Chill for 20 minutes. Then stir in Chili mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce.
