'Anti-Loafing" Powder
Not Spread By Post Office
In last weikV issue of The Moun
taineer, the statement was made that
post office officials had put a powder
out on the steps and curbing ;;t the
building here. The officials knew
nothing about the sulphur being
spread out. The work was done by
a person or persons wanting to keep
loafing negroes away from the steps
and walls at the post o flier,
In every instance the sulphur has
kept the step clear of loafers.
(!'. S. To the person putting the
sulphur down, the last batch is about
gone how about putting some more
out?)
