Reece and Mrs. Roy Park man entertained with a luncheon on Friday as a courtesy to their mother, Mrs. T. X. Massie, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary. The affair was given at the home "of Mrs. Reece and was a complete surprise to Mrs. Massie. The hostesses were as sisted by their sister, Mrs. Bonner Ray. The large table was centered with a birthday cake, bearing pink and white decorations. Pink and white flowers were used on the serving tables. Mrs. Massie was the recipient of many lovely gifts from the friends attending, and the members of her family. The guest list included, Mrs. H. L. MacFayden, Mrs. R. H. Blackwell, airs. Chas. L.
