Brown and many oth ers for their part in making the occasion a success. SSgt Willie Messer Returns To Post Staff Sgt, WiUie Measer has re turned to his post at Camp Atter bury. Ind., after spending a fifteen day furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dswey Messer. Sgt. Messer entered the service three years ago, having left here with Company "H in September, 1940. He was first stationed at Fort Jackson and then at Camp Blanding. and has been on ma neuvers in Tennessee. At the time he volunteered in the service he was a student at Western Carolina Teachers College.
