The TOGGERY R&P and Tannery In Lead In Softball Play In the softball league during the past week, four games were play ed, with R&P and the Tannery holding to 2 wins and no losses, while Dayton has dropped one and won a game, and Pet has lost two. In the first game, on the 11th, Dayton barely nosed out Pet in a 15 to 11 score. Costly errors senx Pet's score down. Dayton made 12 hits and 2 errors, against Pet s 7 hits and 7 errors. On the 12th, Dayton dropped their game to R&P, in a 2 to 12 run game. Dayton made 4 hits ana 4 errors, while R&P gathered 8 hits and made 5 errors. Campbell for Dayton, and Rushing for R&P got a home run each during the game. The 13m was lucky for R&P, as they won their second game of the week, as they played Pet The score was 14 to 9, with R&P mak ing 13 hits and 2 errors. Pet gath ered 10 hits and made 8 errors.
