Ah Medal, three Oak Leaf Clusters, American theater, Good Conduct, and Victory medal, and a Presiden tial Unit Citation with one Oak Leaf Cluster. Following the marriage Cpl. and Mrs. Byrnes left for a short wed ding trip to Danville, Va., after which they came to Waynesville for a visit to the bride's mother, and have since returned to Greens boro. Mrs. Byrnes plans to complete her studies at Woman's College and at the conclusion of the school year she and her husband will make their home in Greensboro. Army Air Forces, at Langley Field. Va. Ensign Branilette is a gradiinte of the Canton high school, and entered the services in the United States Marine Corps on September 15, 1942.
