SAYS FARMERS GOUGED ATLANTA (IP) Commissioner of Agriculture Tom Llnder made public a letter from the Chilean Nitrate Sales Corporation, charging that small dealers are gouging southern farmers by kiting the price of nitrate fertilizer. W. E.
