George Henry, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of western North Carolina, discussed plans for extendina work of the church in this section at the Con vocation of Asheville yesterday in All Souls Church. Bishop Henry analyzed each church in the diocese, citing the strong and weak points of individu al parishes. His address followed the elec tion of the Rev. Rufus A. Morgan as dean of the convocation and William Tyndall as secretary-treas urer. Morgan is priest in charge of even missions in Western North Carol nia. and Tyndall, from the Cherokee Reservaton, is warden of St. Francis of Assisi. place. The guests included Mrs h, , sisters.
