Judge Gwy n is a renowned work er with the youth of North Caro lina, especially among 4-H Clubs throughout the state. He recently proposed a plan for the city of Greensboro in which citizens who volunteer would be used as advisers to teen-age youths who have made mistakes and are placed on proba tion. The proposal came after Judge Gwyn ran into difficulty in finding advisers for sonic youths found guilty in Guilford County Superior Court of criminal charges. It would call for a filing system id citizens interests in helping guide such youths. They would re ceive instructions from the State Probation Department, and would augment the probation system.
