They meet every Wednesday night with Miss Mary Lu El wood at the Scout Hut. The girls usually wear jeans and a plaid shirt, since they do everything from calisthenics to sewing. After the meetings are over, which is about 9 o'clock, all the girls pile into one car, or maybe two, and go to Charlie's for something to eat. The officers also are lining up a prominent speaker and arranging for the showing of films of some of Duke's 1949 football games at the dinner event. W. T.
