Friday afternoon in the home ol

ular vote of the Lake Junaluska

Miss Carter, a rising junior at
the University of North Carolina

test and served as maid of honor
to the queen. Miss Betty Anne
Robinson of Hickory. She is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E.
Carter of Lake Junaluska.
Runnerup this year is Miss
Lucy Neeley of Columbia, S. C.
rising sophomore at Wesleyan Col
lege, Macon, Georgia. She will be
maid of honor for'Miss Carter.
The new queen will be crowned
by last year's queen in ceremonies

The Cecil Home Demonstration

Mrs. James Reeves and Mrs. A. M.
