The bride was given in marriage t>y her father) She wore a gown of Chantilly lace and tulle over iuchess satin designed with fit ted lace bodice, Que^n Anne col lar, and long tapered sleeves end ing in points over the hands. The Floor length bouffant skirt was ac cented with wide panels of scal loped lace and she wore a two tiered finger-tip veil of bridal H- i lusion attached to a cap of lace outlined in seed pearls. She car ried a bouquet of white carnations and baby's breath, centered with a white orchid. The matron of honor was Mrs. Ann McCracken Rhinehart, former schoolmate of the bride. She wora a strapless, ballerina length gown of yellow embroidered lace and nei, witn maicmng stole. The bouffant skirt featured a panel of dotted nylon net and she wore a headdress similar to that of the bride. Her bouquet was of mixed flowers. Bridesmaids were Mrs. J. B. Schmersahl of Key West, Florida aad Mrs. R. B. Owens, of Waynes ville, aunts of the bride. Their gowns were identical in design, one in orchid net and one In acqup net, with strapless bodices' and full skirts trimmed with apron ettea of lace and net. They wore not stoles, and headdresses match ing their gowns, designed of net and summer flowers, and carried bouquets of mixed flowers. Karen Marie McCrary, niece of the bridegroom, and Deborah Marguerits Moody, cousin of the bride, were junior bridesmaids Their dresses were in shades of pink and blue taffeta with over skirts of matching nylon net, and thev carried bouquets of summer flowers. Anita Louise' McCrary of Wav nesville, Boute 2, niece of the bridesrroom, was flower girl and Bonnie Harold Jackson of Ashe ville was ringbearer. The flower girl wore a dress similar to that of the bride and carried a basket of red roses.' Mr. MaCrary was graduated from St. John's High School and attended Appalachian State Teach er's College.
