Mrs. Shelley Ivester at the Southern Bank and Trust Company riffled through a pile of one dollar bills and turned one around. Then she went through again and turned one around. On a third try she still found one out of order. She tried twice more and the same thing happened. The bill seemed perfectly nor mal, except that if you turned the stack over there was always one upside down. Clifton Y. Green of the Federal Reserve Bank said in 30 years he had seen only a few such bills. The Federal Bureau of Printing and Engraving had reversed a sheet. Green said the bill was worth a dollar ? In fact, some col lectors pay more. Mrs. Ivester became a collector herself, substituting one of her own bills for the odd one.
