Rotarians Hear Program On Stock Market "Inve?tment is an Individual mat ter." Dave Bailey, stock and bond specialist, told Rotarians here Fri day. "There is a right stock for every person; a stock suitable to one person is not suitable to an other," he said. "It is something like going to a doctor and asking if he has any good medicine. A good medicine for you might be just the opposite what the next patient needs." he said in making the comparison. In the same line of thinking, he warned against "self appraisal" of stocks by an individual. "Get the asistance of experts, the same as when you find an operation is need ed you seek a specialist, and do not try to perform the operation yourself. This is the age of spe cialists and research." Bailey said that if the high level of business continues, that it will be necessary to raise billions of capital for expansion purposes. "Business today "is too big for one or two indivduals to under write," he said. Many people do not understand market fluctuations, the speaker said. He gave an illustration of posting the market price of your home daily, and said the difference of the daily price would be far greater than the stock market. "Th^ stock market is far tamer 'han the price of your home." he continued. He cited many terms, and condi tions which must be met for per sons to operate on the New York Stock Exchange. He defined terms fiequently used in the stork mar kit, and spent some time in a ques tion and answer period. Pressley Member Of Command Honor Guard MUNICH, Germany ? Pvt. Ern est W.
