Elks Camp Set For 12th Season At Hendersonville The 12th wtion for the North Caroline Elks Camp for Boy* near Hendersonville will begin June 17, according to an an nouncement by Boyce Wnltmire Sr., camp director. Whitmlre indicated that the ramp ha* to date played host to *6me 5.900 boy* during Its exist ence and that this year some 015 boy*, representing all the lodges In the state will attend the ramp- : Ing periods. Opening the season will be a delegation of deserving youngsters from Ashevilie. Brevard, Hender sonville. Morganton. Shelby, North Wllkexboro and Waynesville and the groups will arrive on Sunday. June 17, to stay until July 1; when the second camping period begins. ' Other camping periods and lodges to be represented are: July 1-15: Gastonia, High Point, Hickory. Mooresville, Winston Salem. Salisbury. July 15-20: Asheboro. Burling ton. Charlotte. Durham. Greens boro, Kaleigh, Heidsville. July 29-Aug. 12: Elizabeth City, Fayettevlllc. Goldsboro. Attention will be given to the religious life of the youngsters with daily services on schedule.
